Disappointment from this visit to this hotel. Drilling with a drill until almost 2 am. Considering that I have a 10 month old baby who reacts to any noise. We tiptoe when he sleeps, and here he was specifically woken up by the drill. Although it is clear that the hotel needs repairs (old dirty carpet, old furniture, in general, thoroughly worn out), but drilling with a drill at night is at least disrespect for the guests who came to relax and paid money for it. The breakfasts are meager, fried potatoes are generally laughable. The receptionists could not find the payment, we waited for 30-40 minutes, again, I emphasize, we are a family with a small child. It is not pleasant to lie on the sun loungers in the SPA and in the private rest areas, everything is already worn out.

Great experience. Kids are happy with the stay, winter leisure and indoor kids centers are great! Good service, everyone wants to offer help. Thanks to Yulia, Kamilla, Aida, Balnur, Shahzoda, Dina and all personnel for the great weekends.

Бронирование прошло гладко, сотрудники ответили на все вопросы и предложили лучшие варианты. Приехали поздно ночью, но на ресепшене нас встретили с улыбкой и быстро заселили. Отличный сервис! Нам понадобился трансфер до аэропорта, и консьерж все организовал за пару минут. Очень удобно! Благодарю, за хороший отдых 💐

One of the best
I truly had an amazing time in the hotel - I didn't know about this chain of hotels till coming here to Kazakhstan but it's comparable to hotels you would find in the Philippines and Indonesia - one of the best I've ever been in.

Потрясающее место. Персонал вышколенный. Айгерим и Матфей на стойке Reception встретили как самых дорогих гостей. Крымские бани с великолепным обслуживанием. Светлана, Денис, Михаил, Артур и Вера подарили незабываемое парение. Балийский массаж от массажиста Антона погрузил в атмосферу релакса. Девочка за баром в спа угостила после массажа вкуснейшим чаем с орехами. Спасатели в бассейне не покидали своих мест ни на минуту. Халаты, полотенца и пиштама всегда были в положенном месте. Анар и Артур отлично координировали весь наш отдых. Иван ознакомил с территорией вашего отеля. Официанты в ресторане внимательные и вежливые. Виктория находила подход к детям. Шеф ресторана встречал гостей в зале каждый день. Уборка номеров отличная. В номере есть все необходимое: гладильная доска, утюг, чайник с чайными парами, кофе машина с кофейными парами и кофе, все принадлежности для душа имеются.
